Okay so I recently failed a drug test for THC and have to go take a piss test at this drug rehab evaluation center…It’s all a really stupid situation and I’ve been clean for a month now. But I really wanna smoke today so can they legally come into the bathroom with you or is that only paroll officers?

They can legally watch you. Just hold off on consuming more until you take the test, it’s the only way to be sure you pass.

Hi my name is Melissa and quite frankly i am i tired of having my sister make my family’s life a living hell. She is 16, she goes out and parties every weekend, has sex does drugs, and fights with my mom. She has a serious problem. She has done stuff to make my mom look like the bad guy and she has had to go to court and pay huge fines for the things that she has done. I am thinking about talking to mom about sending her to military school, bording school, some sort of boot camp. Or something that can send her away so she can be changed into a better person. I am a single mother of a small child, and am facing lenghty custody battle. I work at home, as I very much want to be with my child and have a chance to raise her, but this has put me on a limited income where there is not extra room in the budget for legal fees.

How do I report someone I care about for prescription abuse, prescription selling & going to more than one doctor for pain meds without them knowing about each other. She needs help & a reality check but I don’t want to call the police. I called one of the pharmacy where she goes & they told me there was nothing they could do about it because it was hearsay. I would have to call the police & tell them what she gets, who she sells it to, stuff I don’t know all the details about. & please don’t tell me to mind my own business, this is my business, she’s messing up everyone’s lives around her including small children.
I expect answers that tell me where to call. I’ve heard of people getting reported to their doctors without police involvement.

My uncle Randy told me that he plans to enter a drug rehabilition center. He said that he wants to get over with his heroin addiction. I know that it is such a good idea and he wants me to accompany him. He said that he needs my support now more than ever. I think he really wants to start anew.
