I don’t know anything about either. But my husband is a felon, and on probation. He apparently has been doing stuff lately. He is being accused of stealing. Don’t know if he did, or not…
He wants rehab… He wants to be done with this. He’s done great for so long (I think peer pressure has a lot to do with it) Because he has been clean for 2 years…
I don’t know if how this will go, but it doesn’t look good. My husband truly is a good guy, he’s been taking crunchbars lately, and he doesn’t remember anything… He’s just got a bad problem.

My baby sister just called me and told me that she is on heroin, she says that she has people after her and that she can not quit the drug on her own without becoming terribly ill. I know she needs my help and i am willing to take her children into my home while she goes to a rehab center, the only problem there is she doesn’t have any money, but i think she has a medical card, so is there a rehab center that anyone knows of near kentucky, ohio or indiana that will take in someone with a medical card? I don’t now what to do and really need some kind of advice.
p.s. does anyone know if any rehabs take people with medical cards?
medical card is like medicaid or medicare, whichever one isn’t for elderly people, the welfare one. and i would never turn my back on her, the reason she came to me is because i have battled my own addictions and she knows that because of that the last thing i would do is judge her. I still see her as my freckle face 7 year old stalker and would turn my back on her about the same time hell froze over.

My dad has always been responsible. Unfortunately, ever since he and my mom got divorced, he has gotten himself into bad company and started doing drugs. I hate the effects that this has had on him. I need to find an inpatient HIGH DOSAGE Methadone detox facility or rehab in NY. It could be in any of the 5 boroughs of NYC or I would even look into one in Nassau county on Long Island. Does anyone know of any place or even have any suggestions of websites or phone numbers I could call to locate one? I’m not having any luck in internet searches and it seems we are calling all the wrong places.
Or it could be in Florida if nothing for NY… Thank you for the Novus info, we had called them earlier and they would have been absolutely perfect if it wouldn’t have cost over $ 10,000.
