Okay so I recently failed a drug test for THC and have to go take a piss test at this drug rehab evaluation center…It’s all a really stupid situation and I’ve been clean for a month now. But I really wanna smoke today so can they legally come into the bathroom with you or is that only paroll officers?

They can legally watch you. Just hold off on consuming more until you take the test, it’s the only way to be sure you pass.

My uncle Randy told me that he plans to enter a drug rehabilition center. He said that he wants to get over with his heroin addiction. I know that it is such a good idea and he wants me to accompany him. He said that he needs my support now more than ever. I think he really wants to start anew. Isn’t possessing or being on certain drugs illegal? Then if you go to a drug rehabilitation center or such for using those drugs, wouldn’t you get into trouble?

Most of them don’t enter rehab until after they’re already in trouble.

One of my good friends is currently depressed and she has recently picked up on the habit of using opiates to self-medicate. Her family feels helpless and has requested that I help them out. The thing is that she refuses to go to inpatient drug rehab, partially because she is not willing to give up work and school in order to go do inpatient. Another thing with her is that she is currently taking psychiatric medications, which have been prescribed to her a while ago, but she is no longer under a psychiatrists supervision to monitor the drugs and better treat her depression.
