Question by Leah: How to lose 20 pounds or more and stop my food addiction?
I just eat way too much junk food like ice cream, chips and salsa,& cookies. I really try to control myself but them I give in to my food cravings. I am trying to lose weight by exercising but I fear my food addiction is stopping me. I weigh 136 and im5’3″ female

I feel the same way!!!
I’m in a diet right now, and I’ve cheated many times!
And I just started 3 days ago!
Every time you see a junk food you are tempted to eat, just tell yourself that if you eat it now, you’ll regret it, but save it and youll have great treasure….
And it will taste much better later
