I’m Making a Dare (Drug Abuse Resistance Education) Poster and Need Ideas?

Question by emptybliss76: I’m making a dare (Drug Abuse Resistance Education) poster and need ideas?
My 5th grade DARE officer told us there was a poster contest and that the three winners from each class will get a prize and their name announced at graduation. I need a good idea to enter the contest. It has to be easy to look at, and i can use computer generated pictures, pictures from magizines, or draw them myself. It has to contain a few facts on drugs. Oh, and it has to be do by April 24th.

Well one idea is to take a few of your friends and have a group looking really bad and all gangster looking and make a few “fake cigarettes” from rolled up paper and take a picture of them (maybe if by any chance you can get your DARE officer behind them to look as if he might be coming after them) Then you can take another picture of a different group of kids just standing around studying or chatting or something. If you can get someone to crop the two pictures side by side your motto for the pictures can be “DARE TO BE DIFFERENT” or something to that effect. 😉
