* Outside Sales representative and/or territory service representative.
We are looking for outside Sales representatives and/or territory service representatives to join our growing team.

The primary responsibility for the outside sales representative is to sell in a residential neighborhood environment. Sales activity is driven by knocking on residential homeowner’s doors and engaging the home owner in a sales conversation.

Territory service representatives are responsible for servicing residential and/or commercial customers, providing professional turf and/or landscape treatments, along with top quality customer service.

Qualifications
We are looking for highly motivated individuals who meet the following:
* High School Diploma (or GED)
*Valid driver’s license
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Ability to lift 15 pounds, and stand or walk for 8-10 hours/ day while pushing/ carrying lawn measuring equipment.
* Access to reliable transportation for independent use during work hours
* Able and willing to work in various/ extreme weather conditions 8-10 hours/ day.
* Advanced problem solving skills and proven time management are a must
* Ability to work in results oriented and high- pressure work environment
* Previous industry experience not required.
