Good for you! Seriously, I mean it. I’m 18 and I have been self harming for about 2 years now. I know I should stop but I’m too scared to ask for help.

Call your agent or the customer service number on your ID card. BCBS has many different plans with differing levels of rehab benefits so you’ll first want to make sure your plan has the coverage you need. If it does the customer service people will also be able to give you a list of facilities that are in network.
