I read the newspaper and can’t understand this sentense (or words?):

I guess it’s a kind of punishment given by court—just by guess,which let someone do work for community.
and another words(how to express the “words” correctly,should I say “phrase”?):Publick Occurrences,which occur on the article I read talking about the history of newspaper and the attitude of the goverment to the criticism towards them.I guess the Publick Occurrence means that the goverment forbit the publisher from publishing the newspaper.

My best friend is so addicted to alcohol. He drinks every night and he wanted to end his life. I wanted to pull him out of his misery, and I think admitting him in an alcohol rehab is the best thing to do.

Do a Yahoo search of alcohol treatment and Cresson, PA…..and I bet they will pop right up. The reality is you can’t just put someone in rehab. They have to want to go and stay.
