My husband Has finally admitted he has a problem & he wants help. He wants to do outpatient treatment or Narc-Anon. Has anyone gone through this and had luck getting off the stuff? Or is Inpatient Rehab the only solution. This is not the first time he has gone through this, but this time he is aware that he needs professional help…. I need to know what to do. I love him & I want to support him with this in the best way I can.

I’m looking for information on free or affordable drug rehab facilities in Johannesburg or Cape Town? The family I know would like to refer their son to rehabilitation for drug abuse before it reach an extreme level of abuse.
They are not well off with only the father working in the household. Another question I have relating the same subject is… If their son doesn’t agree to rehab (23 year old), is there anything they can do about it or is it simply, he needs to agree to rehab?

One of my sons has got out on probation from the court. Now he sadly violated his probation….Whats the penalty, etc for just the FIRST offence in Minnesota? Being his dad, would the judge listen to me that he needs to be put in to a lockdown place for treatment instead of jail.Jail won’t help him..he needs a LONG term mental health treatment and drug center as this is a total sickness. What are the fines, etc. for the 1st offence for violation of probation?

Hair testing for signs of drug/alcohol abuse. I am aware that urinalysis/breath testing is quite common to determine an offender’s history of use/abuse, but is hair testing ever used?
