Perhaps the most disturbing aspect of the Watchtower world is the deliberate
tolerance of sexual predators within “Jehovah’s organization”. Despite their denial,
Jehovah’s Witnesses are trapped in an organization which tolerates disgusting and
deplorable behavior. I’d like to introduce myself before we start discussing this issue
of pedophilia that is rampant amongst the religious group known as Jehovah’s
Witnesses. My name is Mark H. Palo and I am a former Jehovah’s Witness of almost
forty years. Twice I have been a victim of pedophile molestations at the hands of two
different Jehovah’s Witnesses. I was between the age of ten and twelve years old. My
molesters where never caught or punished. Presently I am fifty-seven years old and
hold an associates degree in Human Services and am attending The University of
Massachusetts, Lowell, majoring in psycho/sociology. I hold a 3.8 GPA and hold
high honors by being accepted into the Phi Theta Kappa Society. At this time I work
at a Substance Abuse Clinic as a Consumer Advocate. My job is to see that all the
clients are given fair and timely treatment. I handle client issues, concerns, and work
to attain their city, state and federal benefits. I also work with the elderly population
of my city to educate them with regards to the dangers of misuse of prescription
drugs, alcohol, and OTC drugs. I run seminars at schools, colleges, and elderly
housing sites. The most accurate description of pedophilia can be found by turning
to the Diagnostic And Statistical Manual Of Mental Disorders, better known as the
DSM. This publication is the virtual Bible that is used by all Therapists,
Psychologists, and Psychiatrists in the United States and abroad. (DSM-V ,p527,

I am going in a few days for a Modification of Custody hearing. Will the Judge assign a GAL that day? The party who has custody is a very heavy daily weed smoker and with the severe change in personality and new live in girlfriend may be using stronger drugs? Will a Judge give a drug test for heavy daily weed smoking in the home where the children reside ( 8 & 9 yrs old). Neither child has been to dr or dentist after school nurse advised it quite a few occasions. They have FREE MEDICAL COVERAGE 100% FREE NO CO PAY and FREE PRESCRIPTIONS (on Mass Health.). Party does not work so not a matter of time. They went to dr only after party was served with papers.Never been to any school activities, conferences school is a 5 min walk and party does not work, has lots of people in and out of house kids have commented hard to sleep cause of all the people and loud music. What will happen ?? anyone been through this, or anyone with a LEGAL BACKGROUND or a GAL background. PLease any help will be appreciated. Thanks!!
Party filing does not have a lawyer and can not afford one. If you ask a Judge she will not have all parties submit to a drug test? I know they have evidence via facebook the party with custody saying how they are always smoking and drinking…female who lives with CAN NOT see or speak with her children (big red flag). Wouldn’t a GAL ask the school all the stuff being accused of lack of interest and support in education, lack of medical and dental and huge change in personality. Party with custody also violated visitation order on several occasions. Children (8 and 9) they want to return home to live with their 6 yr old sibling. Sad that party has no lawyer nor can afford one lives pay check to paycheck and credit is not great. long story but here it goes
my ex invites me over to have dinner afterward she tells me she is talking to someone else. so i pick up her phone and see all these text messages from another guy. @ that point she attacks me beats the hell out of me while im just trying to protect my face and get her off me. at one point she picks up a knife while im under her and i reached up and bit her cheek, she runs away and i leave the house. i call the police saying they need to go arrest her when they get to her place they are stating that knife was no where near and they arrest me for assault and battery and intimidation of a witness. i get out after posting bail next day she gets a restraining order against me. after a while she calls asking for money since she lost her job so i send her money she calls again asking for money but i deny her so she calls the cops stating i violated the terms of restraining order. i get locked up with no bail spend 20 days in prison. now she stated i do cocaine and i threatened to kill her, while producing no evidence of any kind. judge denies my bail on 20 days stating i can take my evidence to trial not here. so i catch a plea of guilty which includes two years of probation, random drug screening, batterer’s program and mental evaluation. i had to take the plea because my mother had a heart attack. my plan was to stay 60 days and come out and fight it. but now looking at all this im starting to re-think my decision.
so my question is can i withdraw my guilty plea and fight this case in Massachusetts? is that allowed and under which circumstances?
please help me i had no previous record of any kind, i had tons of evidence against her like checks she cashed and calls she made, but i couldn’t use them to get a bail.

This is for my cousin. She’s living in a rooming house in Quincy, MA and recently came home from work to find the housing manager in her room. He was sealing her window for the winter and said he had expected her to be out longer. Like she wouldn’t have noticed big pieces of plastic on her window when she got home.
