In Massachusetts Pot Has Been Decriminalized; Can an Employer Hold It Against Me Under the New Law?

Question by : In massachusetts pot has been decriminalized; can an employer hold it against me under the new law?
As i search for a job, i find companies have release form for drug testing. I am a resident of massachusetts and don’t see how a positive reading for pot can be held against me since it is now decriminalized for personal use.

they can non-hire you for any reason except things like race religion sex etc.

How Much Is the Drug for Treating Allergy in Boston?

I am going to leave Thailand to Boston in September and live there about one year.The problem is I never got too cold weather before and I know when the weather enter to the winter in Boston, it is very cold(always minus – -“) Actually, I have got allergy as well. I allegic of the cold weather and dust. Do you think I will survive in there? And what should I prepare to face of the weather like this? I am really worry about it.
Another question Can anyone tell me about the medicine (such as nasal sprey, antihistamine) in there it is expensive or not? Because I have to use it everday. Should I bring them for one year from Thailand or bring some and buy some in Boston?

Question by desperate: is meconium drug testing mandatory and can they do it without mothers consent?
I live in Massachusetts. I would like to know if doctors need mothers permission after delivery of the baby to test the baby’s meconium for illicit drug use?

If drugs were detected in the meconium can they tell exactly what was used and for how long?

Any info that anyone has regarding meconium could someone please answer me.
