have one gambling casino. the plans are to build put it in Clinton County near St. Rt. 68 and I-71. Wilmington is a small rural town placed in a great location, 30 min from Dayton, 40 min from Cincinnati, and 50 from columbus.

It will never happen. Ohio is dead set against any and all gambling in the state, this is why all the closest gambling facilities are located in Indiana.

The ACLU does not generally “investigate” anything.
What they do is provide legal assistance to people who’ve filed suit alleging violations of their rights. If someone believes that State workers in Ohio infringed their Constitutional rights, they can sue, and they can ask the ACLU to assist them.
