Is the JUVENILE EDUVENTION PROGRAM Considered Formal Substance/drug Abuse COUNSELING or TREATMENT?
Question by Mitch: Is the JUVENILE EDUVENTION PROGRAM considered formal substance/drug abuse COUNSELING or TREATMENT?
here’s the situation. my friend is confused about if the EDUVENTION Program for juveniles is considered drug counseling and/or treatment. When he was 13 years old, he got in trouble with the police for vandalism. his parents suspected he was using drugs and the court gave hima drug test. he popped positive for marujuana. he was NEVER charged with any type of drug chage, he was just orderd to attend an educational class about weed with his parents, it was kind of like DARE. The class was called EDUVENTION-substance abuse educational program. It was only 4 days long, once a week for 4 weeks, he was required to attend this with his parents. So my main question…

Need Help ASAP With Sex Addiction?
Question by GrainShard: Need help ASAP with sex addiction?
I’m a 49 year old grade school teacher, married with four kids (one out of college, one in college and two in high school) and lately I have been having sex with prostitutes. It started out a bit more innocently: 4 months ago I was on vacation in Nevada, and me and my friends went to a brothel (my wife would severely disapprove, but I figured ‘hey, it’s just one night’). Since then, I’ve been having sex with hookers more and more frequently, up until now, where I have been doing it once again. It’s illegal where I live, and my wife is starting to wonder where our money is going. I need to stop, but every time I try, I just end up going back to the hookers. I need help, please.

I know where I’m from..PA…to be approved for disability (not ssi) you have to have so much in taxes paid (held a job for so many years) not sure the numbers…because I have a kidney and ovary disease and my doctor put me on temp. disability(well it’s always supposed to be temp. unless it’s a uncurable condition, but everyone abuses the system) but I couldn’t get disabilty because I didn’t qualify…well good luck. it’s a long process.
Would You Hire a Teacher With a Previous Drug Addiction?
Question by Harry: Would you hire a teacher with a previous drug addiction?
Would the kind of drugs matter? Like…crack vs. heroin?
Would it matter how they detoxed? Cold turkey at home vs. with a rehab plan?
Thanks!
Let’s say he/she is teaching high school.
