Can I Sue My Landlord for Knowingly Having Drug Users in the Bldg. in Massachusetts ?

Question by : Can I sue my landlord for knowingly having drug users in the bldg. In Massachusetts ?
I’ve complained and complained and feel bad about complaining but I pay to live in a safe non drug environment and am worried for my and my friends and families health since we can smell it which means we are breathing it. The drugs the neighbor uses is heroin and marijuana and it goes right down our bathroom vent , which we keep the door closed so our kitties won’t go in , so when they do these drugs and we open the door to go to the bathroom we get bombarded with it. It worries me health and safety wise, and I’m also afraid that I will be kicked out for complaining but feel like I have the right to complain.
Can anyone help answer this??
Thank you very kindly

If I Used Marijuana Will I Still Get the Job?

Question by thewiseone91: If I used marijuana will i still get the job?
I’m currently applying for a Job at the TSA. They use hair, blood, and urine samples to test for drugs. I took one hit off a joint about a week ago the test is coming up anywhere from two weeks to 2 months away. They also use a polygraph test and that asks if I used drugs. I live in massachusetts where marijuana is decriminalized. Will this influence my chances in getting the job?
Billy bob thanks for the novel but I wasn’t referring to the private sector. So your argument is invalid.
