My sister Winnie asked me to enter this question because we’re looking for a drug rehabilitation center that she can enter because after months of intermittent fights, she finally gave in to the thought of being admitted to a rehab. The only condition she asked for is to be admitted to a drug rehabilitation center in Newport Beach, California because she heard that both Nicole Richie and Courtney Love were admitted there too. People who are borked out of their mind on drugs can have a vacant look. Some antipsychotic medications can cause a person to have a vacant look. Any mental illness that causes a person to lose touch with reality can cause a vacant look, like schizophrenia. And some people can have a vacant look in their eyes simply because they are wrapped up in their own thoughts and not paying attention to what’s going on around them.
