I was a smoker for 45 years and I tried all kinds of quit smoking gimmicks.The only thing that worked for me was the Guts to try and the willpower to stick to it. It has been 15 months now,and some days are still hard to stay smoke free, but so far so good, give it a try and Good Luck,You can do it.

I am researching the effects of prescription drug abuse on pain management programs in the United States. The possible conclusion to my paper indicates that the stigma of drug addiction prevents chronic pain patients from utilizing proper resources (like a controlled program, other treatment options) thus putting them at risk for developing an addiction (whether it is alcohol/analgesic/narcotic dependency). I need to conduct more research but I need to submit a paper proposal…. and I need a title! Suggestions would be appreciated.

Better insurance for one. Couselors and therapists with better qualifications and that actually care. Facilities that can better handle the different types of mental disabilities.

Its not the main campus of UNC (Chapel Hill), but its in Wilmington.
