Graduated Outpatient Treatment and Now They Want Me to Take Another UA?

Question by Kalinka: Graduated Outpatient treatment and now they want me to take another UA?
I graduated last week and signed some forms releasing myself from any further obligations…..but my counselor just called me and said that my last UA was diluted and that I need to come in and give another one.
Can he do this? I mean do i have to go in? Aren’t I legally done with treatment by signing those papers?

Chances are probably good that you aren’t legally bound to show up to replace your diluted U.A., but if you graduated and took all the benefits from a program with it, you shouldn’t have a problem. Just go in and pee clean for him without drinking 10 gallons of water and peeing 4 times first. I suppose the best question here would be- was this drug treatment court ordered? If so, that changes everything. As far as legally done in the eyes of a non court ordered program; the answer is who cares? If you want to show your counselor that you’re clean, go ahead. If not, tell him C-ya when I do.
