Does this mean that the drug rehab program that they were made to undergo just wasn’t effective enough? Or is it more of the fault of the individual?

I am a BSN RN in Washington State. I have been clean and sober for a year and I have an active license here in Washington but I haven’t worker in 4 years. I am also on methadone maintenance. I’m really confused about what my options are for work and how to get back to doing what I love so much. Is one allowed to work as an RN while on methadone? I have never diverted or anything like that. Has anyone else got any experience with this issue?

if you have a love one that is struggling with drug addtion due to something happening in their immediate family how do you help them do you throw them to the streets. i am a religious person i been praying for them and i believe they are being answered cause this person should have been dead and gone with some of the situations they have been in. do anyone know any non-profit addition centers?

I was hit by a guy running a red light and wasn’t seriously injured but expect to be very sore for a couple of weeks. I am an actor and under contract to perform a live show, so taking time off is not an option- it would end my career in this town, so I have to work in pain. Also, I am unable to use painkillers or muscle relaxers due to a history with drug abuse, so the pain is full on. I don’t feel the need to contact an attorney, but feel I should be compensated somewhat for this guy’s negligence.
