How Do I Stay Strong in My Christianity in Public School?

Question by Riley: How do I stay strong in my Christianity in Public School?
I’m a Christian, and I need some tips on staying strong in my faith at school. My school is rated the school with the most drug addictions, arrests, drunk accidents and abortions per year in my state. I need help with figuring out how to say no to those temptations without struggling with the answer. I want to be a light in my school and i need a bit of advice. Anything helps 🙂
Thanks!

Can a Person Who Was a Cocaine Addict Drink Alcohol Occasionally After 6 Months of Rehab?

Question by kat: Can a person who was a cocaine addict drink alcohol occasionally after 6 months of rehab?
My husband is getting out of a 6 month drug rehab program on Friday. I want to know if it is ok to allow him to drink alcohol or not. Alcohol was never a problem for him, cocaine was his only addiction. I do not drink very often. I will maybe have 1 or 2 drinks every couple of months. I just wanted to know if I should ban all alcohol from our home? I just need some guidance on this one. Serious, helpful answers please.

How Is It Possible to Absolutely Categorize Alcoholim as a Disease and Not an Illness?

Question by denveryay: How is it possible to absolutely categorize Alcoholim as a disease and not an illness?
“Disease” is a very loosely defined term in many respects. There are multiple disorders, infenctions, and symptoms that can be typical of a definable disease. Also, a disease must have specific and constant cause(s), which in the case of Alcoholism is the CHOICE to drink ethyl-alcohol. The cause of the “disease” is the recurring and disregarding CHOICE to drink. A choice, however pathological or illogical, doesn’t seem to be appropriate as a cause or a condition of any disease. Despite the negative psychological, physiological, and other results of long-term alcohol abuse, it seems that it shouldn’t be classified as anything more than a treatable mental disorder.

Is It Hard to Get an Annulment in the Philippines?

Question by chubbycurfew: is it hard to get an annulment in the philippines?
i want to get an annulment.how hard will it be?

Answer by annabelle p
It’s not really difficult to get an annulment in the Philippines as long as you have valid grounds for filing one and can submit the necessary papers required in the application. The valid grounds include:

1. Lack of parental consent in certain cases. If a party is 18 years or over, but below 21, and the marriage was solemnized without the consent of the parents/guardian. However, the marriage is validated if, upon reaching 21, the spouses freely cohabited with the other and both lived together as husband and wife.
