After prolonged use of recreational drugs there high becomes less and less. Thus making them venture into hard drugs to once again attain that high from when they first started using.

You need to contact the police for Baker Act. They have to be a danger to themselves or others though. If they are in possession of drugs and/or paraphenalia, they can be arrested too.

The only condition she asked for is to be admitted to a drug rehabilitation center in Newport Beach, California because she heard that both Nicole Richie and Courtney Love were admitted there too. this can depend on your age.
I know of a couple really good hospitals in Mi. that u can go to for rehab, depression, etc.. they are mental health facilities.

In countries like Saudi Arabia a person who deal with drug is hanged till death ? why not for liquor ? both are harmful to health and human conscious.
As per Islamic law, the punishment of death is only for killing a human being. then how it is justified for drugs ?
