i live in MA im 16 and i was put on probation 1yeah go 4a stolen bike. i violated probation for not doing all my community service. then before i went to court i got arrested for my ten year old friend lit a match and dropped it in the trash can. i was with him so i got charged with a misdmnr(willful burning of property under 25$ ) but i was arrested and sent to jail for 1 night. court next day my attorney said that i cud go to a 6 month treatment program so i went there also i went to a 21 day drug rehab. then and now im home i have court tuesday. i just failed a drug test for thc there was only a little bit thc in it. i told my PO that i was in a car with people who were smoking and i didnt know but it appeared there was not much in my system because i dilluted my urin . now i think i have 2 violation my parents lawyer are saying that i go to this other stupid treatment program for a year or i go to jail till im 18 is there any way to not go to either wat kind of lawyer do i need to d
i just think that secretly my lawyer and parents are talking and devised this plan. because other people been through wat im going trhru and all they got is a fine and more probation. idk i screwed and should i get a new lawyer and see someone elses opinion? thats wut im thinkin isnt there any way to say like ill do like 1000 or 4000 hours of community or pay like 2 grand to clear this up? the fire charge i never even did anything i was in rong place at rong time? damn idk wat to do i dont want to go to jail actually i wont go. neither that other place. i mean how do all the celebritiies get away with all this stuff so easily?
but i dont think i will get a violation for the drug trst because it was a test that my mom requested. do u think i will still get a violation even if it wasnt wanted by the court

She can be PC’d (protected custody) for a certain amount of time, but she would have to commit (section 12) herself. The only way to commit another adult is to go through the time consuming process of proving their incompetance and that they are a danger to themselves and the community through the court of law.

It may be a case of an Asian country that prides itself as being “above” its Asian neighbours by being Christian. After all, missionaries always tell their potential converts that they will always be “primitive” and “backward” until they accept Christianity and forget their Buddhist heritage. It is called being naive and unfortunately, they are taken advantage of.
