Speechwriting isn’t all that hard. The first thing you need to do is research. Once you get all the facts in front of you, then choose what you want to talk about. You obviously can’t cover everything on such a huge topic, so pick what to you are the highlights.

I would first look through your Department of Human Resources for your State and see what it might take as far as the rules and regulations for a Rehab Center.

What Is the Best Drug Rehab for Young Adults?

Question by Mary Williams: What is the best drug rehab for young adults?
I am trying to find the best treatment center in Arizona for my little brother. He is 21 and using heroin. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Answer by Bill Davis
There are many great treatment centers for drug and alcohol addiction. Depending on your brother’s circumstances he may need long term treatment. Addiction is a disease of the mind as well as the body. I would suggest that you explore a treatment facility that incorporates 12 step focused recovery as well as life skills and schooling. If you are looking for something specifically in Arizona I would suggest you explore Back2Basics in Flagstaff, AZ.

How Do You Fight a Parole Officer Who Wants to Put a Mother in Jail Who Needs Chemical Dependency Treatment?

Question by So Wild: How do you fight a parole officer who wants to put a mother in jail who needs chemical dependency treatment?
This is in Ramsey County Minnesota. The mother has no violent crime history, and is a felon due to the fact that there was crystal meth in her car when they arrested her for shoplifiting some chicken salad from a grocery store. She has horrible ADD, like I have never seen or heard of, truly, she can’t recall or focus on ANYTHING. Anyhow, she needs a good long treatment, not to be thrown into a population of other felons, which is totally proven to not help her in any way as far as I have ever read or seen. The parole officer is an angry-seeming bloke who is hell-bent on putting her behind bars. She is an IV drug user as of a few months ago, having moved it up from smoking meth for years past. What is goofy is that he wants her in jail first, then treatment. HELP

Are there any politicians running for president that has the guts to stop giving funds to nations that charge interest on loans while recieving support of any kind from the US?
I.E. Clinton Foundation facilitates China getting America’s HIV treatment, research and technology free of charge using American donated money (that is not taxed in exchange for the donations to his foundation).

How to Get My 19 Year Old Son to Move Back Home?

Question by %: How to get my 19 year old son to move back home?
My son recently moved out and has been living with a couple of his friends. He has a long history with drug addiction and on New Years he was arrested for possessing and being under the influence of that particular drug. My wife and I strongly agree that the best place for him is to move back home so we can help him recover and keep an eye on him to make sure he is not involved with his old habits. However, when I talked to him about moving back home it escalated into a fight and he resisted our offer by saying that he doesn’t need help, that he is healthy, and that he is an adult and free to do what he wants. I know that he does need help and is not healthy for a fact, but he stands by the adult argument. How can I get my son to move back home?
