My husband has “joint” custody with his children’s mother. She lives in Florida (where children were born) and we live in Georgia. We moved the children up here back in 2003 and they go to school here. She can visit anytime she wants and they are supposed to go down for visistation in summer.
However, even though it’s called “joint” custody – we have them all during the school year and she hasn’t excercised her rights of coming to Georgia to visit and last summer they didn’t go down to Florida because she was in rehab for drugs. So technically we have full physical custody basically.

The question is if someone is caught with possession of marijuana (one ounce or less for their personal use) they should get it taken away and a fine for $ 100 if you are over 18. If under 18 you get it taken away $ 100 fine the police notify your parents and a one year drug rehab.If not finished under a year you have to pay $ 1000 fine. I personally vote YES because if u make a mistake you shouldn’t be penalized for the rest of your life. You can’t get a good ,well paying job because you had possession.

can dcfs take your kids with out a warrant in the state of Arkansas? if there is know life threaten problems? failed drug test went to rehab i have done everything on case plan.. its been 17mths and they havent fallowed there court orders.. they have moved my kids 3 or 4 times to different foster homes.. what can i do to get my kids back?? i no they have volated many cival rights. they didnt get exparta order till 5 days later
yeah i no its 72 hours but they went past the 72 hour process before the got it signed. it was 5 days and we didnt get a hearing untill 10 days later. they took them cause my wife failed a drug test for med that she been on since she was 15 years old and they never sent it off to make sure it was dirty

I noticed a while back that I have a problem with stealing. I guess it’s the rush I get when I do it. I convince myself I need (or want something) so bad that I have to steal it. I want to get some rehab help, here in North Carolina, but the only things I can find are Drug and Alcohol Rehab Centers. Where do I find some help?

not sure about rehab, but u might be able to get a job with the obama administration
